DR Inc. of the U.S. (DRI) is a Virginia corporation consisting of four primary partners:
A Master Builder, a Major Renovator, an Engineer and a Sales and Marketing Expert.
We were builders for 25 years and occupied a front row seat on the construction industry roller coaster. We understand every aspect of construction, and have created a proven waterproofing system long needed by millions of homeowners.
About Rick Steeby, DRI President:
John “Rick” Steeby is a long time resident of the Springfield, Virginia area and has worked in different phases of the building industry for over 20 years. He currently holds a Class B Contractors License and is the owner of Home and Property Resolutions, LLC (HPR), a remodeling company in Northern Virginia.
Mr. Steeby also owns and operates NoVa Barrier Waterproofing Systems (NVBWS), a subsidiary of HPR, which maintains three exclusive DRI licensed territories consisting of Northern, Northwestern and Southeastern Virginia.
Mr. Steeby is originally from Alaska. He served in the U.S. Army and is a former police officer and IT professional.
